Senate District 3 was created by the State of Texas 87th Legislature.  It is composed of eighteen counties as reflected in the current map provided.   Committeewoman, Sharon Berry and Committeeman Michael J. Fladmark were elected at the July 2022 Texas Democratic Party Convention.
